SUMMARY:Anne Frank: At the Library
DESCRIPTION:Anne Frank: At the Library\n	\n	\n\nJoin us to remember Anne Frank\, the courageous young Jewish refugee whose diary spoke eloquently for millions who suffered in the Second World War. \nWe will have educational displays brought in from the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect in New York City. These will be displayed Oct. 20 to Nov. 15 at Kitchener Public Library main branch. http://kpl.org/art-exhibits \nYou are also invited to our special preview\, Sunday Nov. 13\,  of portions of Annelies\, the moving choral cantata by James Whitbourn that brings music to Anne’s words. \nBeth Slepian\, education director for the Anne Frank Center\, will also present a talk on Anne\, her history\, her legacy\, and how her story helps us meet the challenges of the 21st century. \nThis preview will be performed by the Grand Philharmonic Chamber Singers. \nAll Nov. 13 events are free\, take place at the library\, and are open to the public. \nOur Venues
