DESCRIPTION:Whitbourn: Annelies\n	\n		\n		Buy Tickets	\n	\n\nJames Whitbourn’s moving cantata sets to music the diary of Anne Frank\, a book which became a symbol of hope and goodness amid the brutality of the Second World War. \nOur production of this “devastatingly beautiful” work  (Choir and Organ magazine) will be its first performance in Canada. \nEnhance your experience by taking in the displays on Anne’s life and legacy at the Kitchener Public Library\, 2nd floor from Oct. 21 – Nov. 18. They will be on loan from the Anne Frank Center for Mutual Respect\, New York City. \nThis concert will be performed by the Grand Philharmonic Chamber Singers along with special soloists and instrumentalists: \nNatasha Campbell\, soprano\nAndrew Chung\, violin\nBarbara Hankins\, clarinet\nBen Bolt-Martin\, cello\nCatherine Robertson\, piano \nThere will be a pre-concert talk at 6:45pm with Carson Phillips\, a Holocaust scholar and managing director of the Sarah and Chaim Neuberger Holocaust Education Centre in Toronto. \nFREE Parking is available on campus in “WHITE PERMIT” lots. \nOur Venues
